ABOUT STEVE BANKS
Steve Banks has a rich wealth of experience, insights and ideas, alongside a tremendous network of contacts developed over 20 years in the Executive Search industry.
Recently he has worked within an innovative and rapidly growing US search firm where he launched the UK operations in 2017 and prior to this led a well recognised UK search firm as Managing Partner for over 12 years.
His track record covers appointments across a wide range of sectors and job functions, primarily at C-suite and/or Director level, including Non-Executive appointments. His client portfolio includes leading global corporations, FTSE 350 companies and private equity backed businesses.
In addition to his experience of the search industry as a Director, Owner and Consultant, his early career in accountancy within manufacturing, technology and media sectors provide Steve with a business perspective to offer advice and direction well beyond the scope of an Executive Search mandate.
